On May 20, the Pavilosta Marina will open, which the owners claim is the most up-to-date marina in Latvia.
It can hold up to 30 yachts. The marina will be the first in Latvia to offer
yacht charters, where it will be possible to rent a seagoing yacht for long or
short trips.
A marina training centre will provide training. Yachts stopping at the marina
will have access to all the necessary services including showers, the Internet,
fuel, etc. Visitors this summer will be able to watch or participate in a
sailing competition or spend time at a nearby campsite.
